Objective:

Pilates is a 3-week course wherein you not only achieve physical strength but also get lot of mental strength. Pilates focuses on core strength, awareness of breath and alignment of the spine. The learning process in the class will be interactive, fun-filled and creative. Once you learn the basic anatomy and exercises, you will be qualified to pass on the valuable knowledge of basic Pilates to your students.
